With a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois and over eighteen years of both residential and commercial design and construction experience,  Walter serves as President of Southwest Engineering Consultants, Inc.  Walter is a Registered Professional Engineer within the State of Illinois and is a member of the Illinois Society of Professional Engineers.  Walter is also an active member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago as well as the SouthWest Suburban Home Builders Association.
